Job Market Failure Index
The Job Market Failure Index tracks the unemployment rate and the share of jobs paying less than a family-supporting wage in one easy-to-grasp number, providing a snapshot of how the Minnesota job market is performing. A score of 0 percent would mean total market success, while 100 percent would mean total failure. The index was conceived in collaboration with Brian Rusche of the Joint Religious Legislative Coalition. Files will download in PDF.
